Ethics - Opinions of the Ethics Committee

The opinions of the Ethics Committee are published with the aim of strengthening the ECB's commitment to transparency. The scope of the publication comprises opinions issued since January 2019 (the date on which the Code of Conduct for high-level ECB officials entered into force) on conflicts of interest and post-mandate gainful employment, including the outcome of Governing Council deliberations, where applicable. The publication takes place with a delay of six months.
